How To Use Affirmations.
If you have a level of doubt about your affirmation you will have resistance towards it which will hinder manifestation. Try to use statements which you believe in. For example, instead of “I will hit my targets this month” try: “ I enjoy the feeling that hitting my targets brings me”. This removes the timeline which may help remove your doubt and adds positive, uplifting emotion which is very important with the law of attraction. If you can feel how wonderful you expect to feel when you hit your targets as you say your affirmation you will create a sensation of feeling that the law of attraction will help bring you more of. The law of attraction only brings you what you are already experiencing! So try and feel the joy of what you’re after as you state your affirmation!
